We keep financial-advice service records for at least seven years from the latest applicable record or advice event, as required by our Financial Markets Authority licence conditions. After that minimum period, we review the information and securely delete or irreversibly anonymise it when we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it.

We may keep particular information for longer where another law requires it or where it is reasonably needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
